Louis-Marie has over 20 years of professional experience in the recruitment sector and in identifying and approaching potential candidates directly. He began his career with the leader in specialist recruitment before helping to create an international group.
Seeking closer proximity to his clients and candidates, he founded Mind Partners in 2013 to offer high-end, tailored recruitment services. He now focuses on identifying executives and business leaders.
His experience and expertise also make him the preferred contact for decision-makers and investment funds' investment teams.
In 2019, he opened an office in London with Valéryane Elphyck to help French intermediate-sized companies establish and structure their businesses in the UK.
In 2020, Louis-Marie extended his service offer to meet the need for flexibility among clients and candidates. He founded Mind Transition, the transition management division of the Mind Partners group, with Julien Richet-Cooper and Etienne Morice.

Etienne has held sales-related posts in companies in a range of environments (cosmetics, textiles, property) for more than 20 years.
Having gained experience in entrepreneurship, he joined a recruitment and headhunting firm.
He then launched himself into Interim Management, supporting companies in their transformation, first as a Project Director and then as Associate Director of various firms in Paris.
Etienne joined the Mind Partners group in 2020 as co-founder of Mind Transition.

Julien is a lawyer and tax specialist by training and has significant experience in recruitment, including seven years in Interim Management.
At first, in parallel with his academic and professional career, he pursued a sports career at an international level in fencing. He then decided to use his professional skills in this exciting field and worked successively as a lawyer, professional players' agent and finally, as a manager of professional football and rugby clubs for ten years.
After a period spent gaining experience as an entrepreneur, he joined a firm specialising in Interim Management as a Project Director. On the strength of this experience, he joined the Mind Partners group in 2020 to embody and develop Mind Transition.
Julien is currently Vice-President of the French Fencing Federation.
