    3/ Contracting + Launching the assignment

    An Interim Management assignment is contractually the provision of a service with an obligation of means between several independent parties.

    We draw up a service contract detailing all the elements of the assignment: a description of the assignment, its objectives and duration, locations involved, assignment expenses, name of the Manager, daily rate, contacts within the company, supervision (client and firm) and specific terms of confidentiality.

    The assignment is formally launched when this contract is signed.

    The senior management team informs the parties concerned about the Interim Manager’s assignment and its scope, including their responsibilities, objectives, the teams involved and the expected duration of their intervention.

    This stage is essential to the success of the Interim Manager’s assignment. It reassures employees and removes any internal resistance.

    4/ Implementation + Follow-up + Assessment of the assignment
